The glossary says: "A monitor with a refresh rate of 31.5kHz". I assume this is the horizontal refresh rate? (similar question for "S: Standard resolution"). Perhaps the entry should be "high resolution monitor" because I was expecting something along the lines as "a screen resolution that is at least 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels high.". Can anyone elaborate on this? [[User:Felsir|Felsir]] 01:45, 10 March 2006 (EST) | The glossary says: "A monitor with a refresh rate of 31.5kHz". I assume this is the horizontal refresh rate?
