I agree. Simple is better. More discussion here: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=77327.0

If there's no easier way to do two-by-two, I would suggest not doing the table for the reason mazz suggested.

User:mazzmn:Certainly could switch to a table like this (but seems it would be hard to keep alphabetical)

Thumb Notes Thumb Notes
1980 DECO Data East Cocktail.jpg 1980 DECO Data East Cocktail Abadons 1st Arcade-Cab.jpg Abadons 1st Arcade-Cab
Adam's Cocktail Cabinet.jpg Adam's Cocktail Cabinet AquaCade.jpg AquaCade

I wonder if there is a way to make the projects appear two to a line instead of one. That way there would be a lot less scrolling involved on the upright cabinets.

I made some slight alterations to mazzmn's addition, considering layout formalities from a design grid perspective.
- Thumbnails to the left
- 90px images (I imagine we could go 120px, since that's the default size of Avatars on BYOAC, and it hasn't been a problem) ??
- Added an example blank "No Image" image for projects without images. So that we've at least got a placeholder to help format the left thumbnail column.

User:mazzmn: I added a sample thumbnail to this page because it was suggested in this thread http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=77252.new;topicseen#new

People are looking for a way to see a summary of projects grouped by categories (as they are here) but with thumbnail impages.

If this is a bad idea we can change it back...just comment on the thread
